Welcome to the ultimate theory, hazard perception and driving test advice website
(Brought to you by Teaching Driving Limited)
This website has been set-up to provide advice, help and support to those people wishing to pass the theory test, hazard perception test and the practical driving test for car drivers. You will find a lot of free resources to help you prepare for these tests plus a support forum that is manned by professional driving instructors to help answer any questions you may have on these tests or learning to drive. Most of these resources have been provided by Learner Driving Centres (LDC).

It is hoped that everybody who benefits from this website will contribute to it by providing feedback and assistance to other learner drivers through the support forum. Organisations who have contributed to the content of this website will obtain acknowledgements and links to their own websites. Driving instructors who help to provide advice on the forum are allowed to place their business details in either the text message or signature box under their forum membership profile. In this way when an instructor provides advice the learner will know the name of the school and/or individual instructor. Consequently, it is hoped that those who contribute to this website will benefit from it and in doing so will help the website to grow in popularity and worth.
No paid for advertising or selling will be allowed on the website to help ensure its independence. The authors of this website will not express views, opinions or make claims about any products or services featured so as to avoid claims of favouritism. To obtain such information you will need to link to the product or service providers own websites. Any advice, views, opinions or claims expressed in the forum are not necessarily those of the website owners and should be treated with caution and not solely relied upon. However, we will remove any posts we consider to be inaccurate or inappropriate.
On the website you will see there are eight sections
1. Home, this page.
2. The Theory Test, tells you everything you need to know about how the UK theory test is conducted, how to apply, what’s involved, what you need to do on the day of your test and how to assess the outcome. It also provides valuable advice on how to pass the theory test.
4. The Practical Driving, tells you everything you need to know about how the driving test is conducted, how to apply, what’s involved, what you need to do on the day of your test and how to assess the outcome. It also provides valuable advice on how to pass the driving test.
5. Highway Code +, contains a full copy of the Highway Code with a search facility that enables you to quickly find the rules or guidelines you are interested in. Unfortunately, the Highway Code does not contain all the information you will need to learn to pass the UK driving theory test. Consequently, we have also included in this section a set of supplementary notes to the Highway Code to make sure you can learn all the theory necessary to pass.
6. Lessons Help, contains all the lesson briefs from the Learner Driving programme of driving tuition. These lesson briefs provide really useful information about the procedures and skills you will need to learn on each driving lesson. Make sure you know what the current procedures are. This information is ideal if you are learning to drive with a parent or friend or if you want to check that your instructor is doing it right.
7. Training Aids, contain useful information about the various training aids you can buy to help you pass the UK theory and driving tests. Find out about the different types of products (i.e. theory and driving test books, videos, software, CD-Roms and DVD’s) and precisely what they do. Its easy to spend more than you need and study more than is necessary.
8. Forum, provides you with access to views, opinions and advice from other learner drivers, driving instructors and other professional experts. This forum is provided free of charge. Over 50 professional driving instructors have already joined this forum.Answered by this website:
